Furniture That Has Been Through a Flood or a Pipe Burst
After Hurricane Harvey in 2017, local reporting said areas near Spring Creek and Cypress Creek flooded and a number of homes in Spring and Klein were damaged. That is history, not a QFR project, and we mention it for one reason: water damage to furniture is a real thing on the Gulf Coast.
