They were reasonable, picked up and delivered our chairs and did a great job. Would highly recommend.
The gentleman, Paul Sorola, that repaired our sofa was great. He checked the frame and tightened it. Then attached a leg I had purchased and the couch looks great. Then our dog tried to eat some of the leather. They fixed it very well. They refinished our front door and it is beautiful. However… We had them refinish our teak patio table and chairs., It took forever to get it back. Finally they called and said it didn’t clean up well and recommended we paint it rather than tung oil. We believed them without seeing and it was returned shortly. It looked nice but the teak finish would have looked better. I suspect they didn’t even start on it until I bugged them enough and it had been so long that painting was quick and they could get it back quickly. I refinished it myself years back and it was beautiful. When they picked it up they missed a chair and small table. I’m still trying to get them back. I’ve called and texted them repeatedly with no response. I don’t know if they are still in business.
I have bedroom furniture that I love; with moving and normal wear/tear, my furniture gained some pretty ugly and embarrassing scars. Paul gave me a call back sooner than any of the other companies that I called for an estimate. I explained our situation and the condition of our electronic sofa recliner that had surged after a lightning strike at our home. He explained that they had experience with this situation, and could repair it, and even gave me the ballpark estimate of what it would cost. They make house calls so that heavy sofas do not need to be transported.

Quality Furniture Repair Services came highly recommended from one of my neighbors, and I'm happy to say I'd recommend them to anyone looking for thorough, craftsman-level work. While their bid for the refinishing of our stair railings was not the cheapest we received, their communication, attention to detail, care in protecting surrounding surfaces and quality of materials/workmanship was well worth the honest price. We are very pleased with the look and feel of our finished product and will strongly consider using Quality Furniture Repair Services again should the need arise.
